Unit: Every call counts as one unit, whatever the method or endpoint; a batch of N calls counts N. Docs
At the limit: HTTP 429 with Retry-After until the next UTC day or month, for that product only.
Keys: One key works for both products; each counts against its own limits.
The explorer site: Browsing explorer.olenza.io needs no account and no key.
